Customers are considered the only source for earning profit for which it has become very essential for the hotel owners of the country to satisfy them by providing products and services as per their expectations (Alsumait, 2015). During the past few decades, the hotel industry has become one of the most profitable sectors of business in Saudi Arabia for which the number of hotels has also been increasing in different regions of the country (Hosseini & Roslin, 2014). Thus, to sustain profitably among the competitors, it has become very essential for the hotel owners of Saudi Arabia to satisfy the customers and enhance their loyalty.

It is very essential for the hotel owners of Saudi Arabia to determine the factors that can lead to the increased customer satisfaction that generally includes the location of the hotel, hotel rent, quality of foods and beverages, customer service, and accommodation (AKSU, 2006). It is very essential for the hotel owners of the country to provide products and services to the customers that are worthy of the amount that they spent. The discussion will be made in the research regarding various determinants of customer satisfaction in context to the hotel sector of Saudi Arabia. 3. Research ObjectivesConsidering the identified research issue as discussed above, a research aim has been determined, which is to ascertain the determinants of customer satisfaction in the Saudi hotel sector.

To attain the above-stated research aim in a comprehensive and systematic manner, the following objectives have been formulated. • To ascertain the relationship between the location of hotel and customer satisfaction• To identify the relationship between hotel rates and customer satisfaction• To explore the relationship between customer service and customer satisfaction
