The major factor like to impede the implementation of the plan is financial constrain which the business need to address effectively. Problem Solving and Team Development Conflicts within the projects occur due to misunderstanding, personality clashes, inadequate cooperation, perceived unfair treatment, and substandard performance. Collaborative approach involves encouraging and training the partners to work together in a bid to find the best solution. It involves cooperating to come up with ways of assisting both the parties achieve the desired goals while ensuring the existence of positive relationship. However, the members need to understand that it is not possible for each person to get exactly what they need and to achieve the temporary settlements for the long-term issues. Moreover, the process involves negotiation, arbitration, mediation, and facilitation. Virtual teams often experience fewer conflicts due to less direct contact between the team members (Appelo, 2012). To handle such conflicts, it is important to build virtual teams like the collocated teams, establishing the norms of the group including those for civility and responsiveness, establishing an effective method of managing the conflict, and using the real-time communication. The communication could take place in teleconference or social platforms with team members to delegate on issues affecting them. Works Cited Appelo, J.
