The research intends to showcase the increasing opportunity for women in the educational sector and also reduce the gender disparity by involving more girls into education. Moreover, it is one of the best professions for women where they are respected irrespective of their gender. The methods used can at times be biased as they depend on the discretion of the researchers. The research is time consuming as it requires the writer to take into consideration various literatures. The major issue with the methods used is that the changing trends of the people are not being addressed in a proper manner. There are a few assumptions made by the author as well regarding the challenges after having an in-depth knowledge regarding the issue of women education. According to my opinion, the questions are well answered in this article due to the use of facts and analyses. A clear picture of women teachers in the society and their impact on the societal activities is well addressed. Gender-Sensitive Strategies Gender-Sensitive Strategy is an important issue which is dealt with in this article. The gender-sensitive strategies are emphasised upon in order to increase the status of women teachers in schools. The article reflects the fact that the influx of women teachers is increasing the status of the women in society. The issue of sexual harassment is explored and hence the need for safe environment and equality for girls is focused upon. With regard to discrimination and gender neutrality, it is observed that they are reflected as gender sensitive strategies that need to be resolved. Moreover, the distance education and local networks for women teachers are also taken as key strategies to bring gender equality. Critical Reflection According to my opinion, the article gives a clear view regarding the need of the society and gender equality that is required in order to increase girls’ education. I agree to the stand taken by the author regarding the impact that the women teachers would have on the basis of the cause and effect theory. The arguments of the author regarding the stand of the women in the schools and their standards are well explored. The need for the gender-sensitive strategy is a key aspect which needs more attention as sexual harassment in schools is increasing making the environment unsafe for the girls. I agree to the author’s view of creating high level of policies for better educational environment and society for women. According to me, every aspect has been well addressed by the author with a simple yet effective style of writing.
